Fortnite update 11.40.1 has been released today by Epic Games, with the brand new download available right now on PS4 and Xbox One - but a number of platforms have missed out.
The new maintenance patch is available to download today and comes after the release yesterday of Fortnite update 11.40.
The new Fortnite download which has gone live looks like it fixes a number of bugs that players have been reporting recently.
However, Fortnite update 11.40.1 isn't available immediately on all platforms.
Fortnite update 11.40.1 is available to download today on PS4, Xbox One, PCs and Android - however iOS and Nintendo Switch fans will have to wait a little longer.
The news was revealed by the official Fortnite Status Twitter account who posted brief details on what fans can expect from the download in lieu of full patch notes
The account posted: "Players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Android can now download the v11.40.1 maintenance patch.
"We'll provide an update once this patch is available on Nintendo Switch and iOS."
Fortnite update 11.40.1 comes hot on the heels of the release of the 11.40 patch yesterday.
